​Client Agreement

The following agreement will be signed the day of the photo session.
This photography session agreement dated __________ between Sarah Blanchard Photography, hereinafter called "PHOTOGRAPHER" and of (address) __________________________________ hereinafter called "CLIENT" provides as follows:
(I) Description of Session
 The photography session shall entail the following:
*Date______________
*Where ___________ (The location is not held liable for any situations/injuries that may occur)
*Time Frame __________
* Photo session will entail ______________________________________________________________________________________________________
The hereinabove described poses will be arranged as closely as possible to the CLIENT'S specifications but the same cannot be guaranteed due to many extenuating circumstances beyond the control of Sarah Blanchard Photography.
(II) Fees
Fees will be paid by the CLIENT to Sarah Blanchard Photography the day of the session. A $25.00 travel fee will be added to photo sessions taken outside Louisa County.
(III) Rescheduling
In the event of inclement weather or cancellation of the photography session by either party, a new agreement will be drawn if the CLIENT wishes to reschedule. 
(IV) Photography Rights
Sarah Blanchard Photography retains ownership and copyright priviledges to any and all images. However, the CLIENT will be given limited copyright privileges as outlined in the following: The CLIENT shall have the right to make unlimited copies of originals, enlargements and the right to share these copies with anyone and be transmitted electronically. The CLIENT is not allowed to alter any image in any manner or claim as their own. If the images are used publicly for display and use in any public media, credit shall be given to the photographer, Sarah Blanchard Photography . Further,  Sarah Blanchard Photography retains the right to use all photographs  in promotional and advertisement materials, including but not limited to, photography contests, electronically transmitted copies, and copies used in any type of public media. 
(V) Miscellaneous
In the event the photographic material is lost or damaged due camera/computer malfunction, a retake session will be available to the CLIENT  with no additional fees or for a full refund.
(VI) Liability
At the photography sessions, the CLIENT and party members are responsible for thier own safety and welfare. The CLIENT is also responsible for custody and control of their children at all times to prevent any injuries.
